Detailed advice on sizing
If the information provided in our Construction and Sizing Guides sections do not suffice, we will walk you through the process of nailing down the most likely size for you or for your gift recipient. Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Which colour suits me better?
If you are struggling to decide between colours and simply need a second opinion, write to us at email@example.com and we will dispense valuable judgment.
Does this style even suit me? How would I wear this?
Our responsibility extends to making sure you feel comfortable and confident about pulling off a design, especially if it’s something you’ve never worked before. You shouldn’t purchase something you won’t wear. Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Some of our designs may be customized in a different colour or fabrication and we welcome all enquiries wherever you may be. Give us enough lead time; write to us at email@example.com to discuss possibilities.
If you want to surprise someone without getting a foot wrong, consider yourself in safe hands. We can take all the stress out of making her happy. Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to explore our sizing, taste matching and gift wrapping.
We make it a point to present our designs in the most accurate and informative way possible. Central to this are the visuals we present in our online catalogue.
For each design, we photograph a front, side and back profile on our house model. These profile visuals are executed in natural lighting and against a white backdrop for clear outlines. It’s important to know that we don’t pin any of the designs to fit our house model and neither do we digitally alter the design or model’s proportions. Any digital retouching is done solely for the purposes of image colour correction or in the case of the Orientalism 2010 catalogue, erasing a recent wound from the model’s right knee.
Each design is also photographed up close in high resolution to display detail, texture and quality of construction. These detail visuals are executed in natural lighting next to an open window to display fabric colours as accurately as possible. Do note that as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Some vintage or Batik fabric may carry some minor flaws; where these occur we will document them in these visuals.
In other words, you can trust our catalogue visuals to document our designs as they are.
