Exchanges & Returns

It is important to us that you are in love with your purchase.

We will therefore honour all exchanges and returns on OngShunmugam.com purchases, subject to the general terms and conditions below:

  • We accept exchanges or returns within 3 business days of delivery for Singapore orders and 14 days of original delivery for International orders
  • Ong Shunmugam business days are Tuesday to Saturday, between 12pm to 7pm and we operate by appointment only 
  • The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging
  • Discounted or promotional items cannot be exchanged or returned
  • Please allow 7 business days for your refund. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed
  • Shipping and any related costs associated with an exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer
  • You will receive your refund in the original form of payment
  • Exchanges or returns are not accepted for Pre-Orders across all product categories 

Exchange Procedure

OngShunmugam.com will exchange an item for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability. If the replacement size you require is not available, you will be entitled to return the item and you will be refunded in the original form of payment.

To exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return the item and purchase the new item as a separate order.

To exchange an item, notify us at info@ongshunmugam.com and quote your order number as reference. Inform us of the replacement size you require so that we can check on availability. We will reply to you within 24 hours. 

We recommend that you use a secure and trackable means to return your order to us at Ong Shunmugam, 43 Jalan Merah Saga 01-76 Singapore 278115 and that you retain proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Your order must reach us during our business hours. 

Once we receive the items we will inspect them to ensure they meet our Exchange Conditions. If these are met, we will dispatch the replacement size or colour within the next 2 business days.

Exchange Conditions

  • Items to be exchanged must reach us within 3 business days (Singapore orders) or 14 days (International orders) from the date the original delivery was signed for
  • Ong Shunmugam business days are Tuesday to Saturday, between 12pm to 7pm and we operate by appointment only
  • All items must have their tags intact and uncut
  • All items must not be damaged, stained, washed or dry cleaned

Ong Shunmugam reserves the right to deny an exchange on any item where the above conditions have not been met. We thank you for your understanding.

Return Procedure

To return an item to us, notify us at info@ongshunmugam.com and quote your order number as reference. We will reply to you within 24 hours.

We recommend that you use a secure and trackable means to return your order to us at Ong Shunmugam, 43 Jalan Merah Saga 01-76 Singapore 278115 and that you retain proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Your order must reach us during our business hours. 

Once we receive the items we will inspect them to ensure they meet our Return Conditions. If these are met, we will proceed to issue a refund for the full value of the order (excluding original shipping costs) in the original form of payment within 7 business days.
