If you wish to purchase from a country that is not listed in the shipping zones during Checkout, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you on relevant shipping methods and costs.
We ship direct from Singapore via Uparcel for Singapore orders and Fedex for international orders. All orders shipped are trackable and require a signature upon delivery. You'll be able to track and manage your delivery by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey.
Based on your location, delivery times are:
- Delivers Next Business Day after order processing
- You’ll be asked to select a Delivery Window of either 9am to 5pm or 5pm to 10pm
- Delivers 2 to 4 business days after order processing
Please factor in our Order Processing times when expecting delivery of your order.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Ong Shunmugam can’t take responsibility for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, though we will always try to minimise any potential delays.
Remember, if you need your order to reach you urgently, we will do everything we can. Before checking out, write to us at email@example.com for expedited alternatives.

Duties & Taxes
OngShunmugam.com ships from Singapore to all international destinations on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any applicable taxes and duties are excluded in the final purchase price when you checkout. As the recipient, you’ll pay these directly to Fedex to release your order from customs upon arrival.
The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary depending on your shipping destination. In our experience, the most accurate way to get an estimate is to get in touch with the local Fedex hotline or customs office. We recommend getting an estimate before placing your order.
In the event where no one is available to receive the shipment, it will be considered a failed delivery. Any applicable return and re-delivery fees will be have to be borne by the customer.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or someone at the specified shipping address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Ong Shunmugam and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
We are unable to redirect orders to an alternative address once the order has been dispatched. Remember to select the most suitable shipping address when checking out.
