Order Status

You’ll receive an automated Order Confirmation email from OngShunmugam.com after your order has been submitted, and a second automated Shipping Confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you don’t see these emails in your inbox, try checking your spam or trash folder. All automated confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided on the order.

You may also check the order status by logging into your account and clicking the “Order History” tab.

Processing Times

Orders placed Tuesday to Friday before 12pm Singapore time (GMT+8) are typically processed within the next business day. For example, if an order is placed on Tuesday before 12pm (GMT+8), it will be dispatched on Wednesday.

Any orders placed Tuesday to Friday after 12pm Singapore time (GMT+8) will be processed within 2 business days. For example, if an order is placed on Tuesday after 12pm (GMT+8), it will be dispatched on Thursday.

Please note that we don’t process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays and Public Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the subsequent business day. For example, if an order is placed on either Saturday, Sunday or Monday, it will be processed on Tuesday and dispatched on Wednesday.

Registering an account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to order. It also serves as a way to track your order and view order history.

With an OngShunmugam.com account you can:

Payment

OngShunmugam.com accepts the following payment methods:

▪ Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

▪ OM discount codes or gift cards (for OM Members who are logged in)

All payments made on OngShunmugam.com are secure - we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) - and we do not store any of your payment information.

Promotions

In order to enjoy any applicable discounts, store credit or coupons you’ll need to enter the relevant promotional codes during Checkout. Note: some promotions require customers to be logged in for the code to be applied and may not apply to sale items. Only one promotional code may be used at a time per order.

If you return an order that was placed at a discounted price, you will be refunded the amount paid. OngShunmugam.com will not re-issue a promotional code for a discounted order that has been returned. All promotional codes are valid during a certain time window, unless otherwise specified.

Modifications

We cannot accept any changes after an order has been placed. If you notice a mistake straight away, though, please send us an email at info@ongshunmugam.com to see if a modification can be made and we will do our best.

Cancellations

Once submitted, orders on OngShunmugam.com cannot be cancelled. Instead, you may refer to our Exchange & Return policies.
